Ajax made it into second place quite in time and would be hoping to clinch the 1st palace. The Bundesliga top guns had a slow start in Europe and haven’t been all that consistent all season. Recently, they have recorded 3 wins in 3 games and have scored 10 goals in those. After the whooping of Benfica they would want to repeat the feat against their Dutch opponents.

Away win

Over 2.5 goals

A loss to group leaders Juventus ended the hopes of Los Murcielagos. Their season hasn’t been fantastic and on the domestic scene, they find themselves in 15th position on the La liga table. 9 of the total number of matches played this season have ended in draws. They find themselves in 3rd place and are assured of a Europa league place.
The red devils have had a really slow start and their season statistics puts it all out there. To secure the top spot the away outfit have to win whilst hoping Juventus doesn’t win their game. Away win or draw under 3.5 goals

Manchester City – Hoffenheim

The reigning EPL champions suffered a heavy setback as they lost to Chelsea by 2 goals, a result which helped Liverpool take over the 1st position. In this group, Lyon seem to be the only team to match up Man city power for power.
Hoffenheim on the other hand already know they won’t be making it to the next round. However, they could lay claim to the spot for the Europa league with just 2 points keeping them from a third place finish. It’s also worthy of note that the Germans do love scoring. It is very unlikely that Pep’s men would be dropping any point on the final day of the hostilities.
