Hearts are enjoying an early positive start into the season with three straight victories. Firstly they have won over Hamilton away from home with a 1:4 result, they narrowly defeat Celtic 1:0 at home. In the last Premiership game last weekend, players of Hearts managed to pull out important 1:0 victory on the road to Kilmarnock.
It should be said that playing with a man more in the last twenty minutes did help to Hearts, however, the visitors were better side even before that red card for the home team. Eventually, Ikpeazu scored the only goal in the 81st minute to seal pretty much deserved victory for Hearts.
St Mirren too started the season on a winning note with a 2:1 victory at home over Dundee in the season opener albeit an unconvincing one. The visitors didn’t impress later on in the season, as they lost convincingly on the road to Rangers 3:0 and was excluded from Betfred Cup with a 4:0 loss away to Aberdeen. Finally, the team suffered 0:2 defeat against Livingston at home, a game which highlight how weak this team are at both end of the pitch.
