This is a very technical observation. Go through it painstakingly to grasp the sequence.
In week 19 2020/21 season, Swindon was at number 9 away meeting letter ‘S’ Shrewsbury and drew while the week no 19 failed.
Go to previous week i.e week 18, Stoke must fail at away. It was at 17, in week 19 Crawley to enter 17 away to draw…. To confirm both draws, subtract 8 from 17 to give the position of Swindon. 9 and 17 were two draws.
