England Premier League

Cardiff City vs Chelsea

Pick: Chelsea win and over 1.5 goals

Odd: 1.63

ANALYSIS AND MATCH PREVIEW

Chelsea sit sixth place in the Epl just a point behind Arsenal in fifth and four points behind the fourth and third placed Manchester United and Tottenhem respectively. They will be desperate to return to winning ways following their 2-0 disappointed defeat last time at Everton. The away form has been less than impressive in the league with the win at Fulham only one we can remember recently. However, they should be able to capitalize on the rivals’ struggles for points and send them further into the relegation zone with points at Cardiff City Stadium.

Cardiff have beaten West Ham ahead of the International break, though, and will now hope to show off once again after ending a three-game losing streak. They’ve seen quite comfortable losses to Watford, Everton, and Wolves beforehand, which will be more worrying ahead of the tough quest in front of the home crowd – despite Chelsea’s struggles for consistency on the road.

Both sides are in desperate need of points at this stage of the season for obvious reasons, expect quite an open clash here. There’s huge gulf in class and quality between these side, Chelsea despite their inconsistency have what it takes to record a comfortable victory here.
