England – Premier league

Arsenal – Burnley

The gunners had their 22 match unbeaten run brought to a halt lasts time around as they lost to Southampton by 3 goals to 2. In quick succession they have also been shown the exit in the carabao cup as Tottenham showed them the exit. With 2 consecutive defeats, this game looks to be a real test as they play Liverpool in their last fixture of 2018. On the flipside it’s also worthy of mentioning that despite the defeats the gunners are only 3 points outside the top 4.

Burnley come into this encounter clearly the weaker of the two sides despite Arsenal’s injury crisis. The clarets have failed to score a goal in 6 of their away fixtures out of 9 this season, they have only managed 4 goals out of the last 1o meetings with Arsenal.

Burnley shouldn’t worry this Arsenal team seeing that the gunners are yet to lose at home since man city’s 2-0.

Home win

Chelsea – Leicester

The blues looked to have been left out of the premier league title race after those losses to Tottenham and wolverhampton. Their win over reigning champions City changed all the negativity as they are now 7 points and 8 points away from Mancity and Liverpool respectively. Its still quite a number of points but Sarri’s look in very good form at the moment.

Leicester who are by no means underdogs would be looking to change their fortunes too. After the loss at Palace they have now recorded just 2 wins in 10 matches thus leaving them in 12th position. Despite the fall its also worthy of noting that they still just 4 points away from 6th position.

Chelsea would be looking to overwhelm the foxes with their attractive football otherwise known as Sarri football.

Home win or draw over 1.5 goals

Barcelone – Celta Vigo

The Catalan lords head into this game on the back of a 4-0 convincing thumping of Espanyol. They would be looking to widen the gap themselves and Real madrid as the latter travel for the club world cup. This game is shaping up to be an interesting context considering how Celta like to be adventurous.

Celta Vigo have seen all their away features produce goals at both ends they also did defeat villareal away. These stats do suggest that even if Barcelo0na might overwhelm them, they sure look like they could get a goal.

Over 2.5 goals

Juventus – Roma

The home side come up against the other only side from Italy to qualify for the next round of the champions league. Juventus have fixtures between Atlanta and Sampdoria still to look as their December begins to get busy.
