ENGLAND – PREMIER LEAGUE
Liverpool – Everton
It’s the Merseyside derby once again as the reds host the blues. The host head into this game after seeing their champions league qualification chances suffer a major setback. The loss to PSG means they have it all to do against Napoli. Only a victory with 2 goals or more can see they through.
Nevertheless, Liverpool has the best defensive record in the top flight and at Anfield they have conceded once in as many as 6 games.
Everton haven’t beaten Liverpool at Anfield since 1999 when they last did so. Their last 4 trips to the reds home have all ended in defeats and at the moment Liverpool look very much in form.

Arsenal – Tottenham

Both teams might be on different achievement levels at the moment but on paper its clear both teams are in form. Spurs come into this game on the back of a 6 match winning running on all competition fronts. Arsenal haven’t lost in any competition since their last defeat to Chelsea in game week 2 . since then, they have accumulated 8 wins from 11 outings.
Both teams have scored in all but one of their fixtures so far this season and have a total of 51 goals between them. This trend is most likely to continue.

ITALY – SERIE A
Roma – Inter Milan
The host despite not having a silverware to their name have shown how impressive they could get. They finished 3rd last season although they were away from Napoli and Juventus by a good margin. Roma had an impressive season with that semifinal comeback against Barcelona putting the icing on the cake. Despite their loss at home to Real Madrid they are sure of a place in the next round but they might not win the group.
Inter however are having an impressive season in the league following up from last season’s performance where they finished 5th. On the continental level they lost to spurs but still stand a good chance of qualifying if they can beat PSV. they find themselves in 3rd position in the Serie A and have 8 wins from their last 9 encounters.
Inter and Roma have had good spells in front of goal and have been able to record over 2.5 goals in away and home matches respectively.
