UEFA Nation’s League
Hungary – Finland
Since the competition kicked off, the host haven’t been in impressive form in terms of performance. Against Estonia in an away fixture, they weren’t so great and their encounter with Greece was far from good too. Generally, its not so easy to fault the host’s. Hungary aren’t inba position to gain promotion but would be hoping for a win nevertheless.
The visitors now have their chances of surviving Group 2, League C hanging in a balance after that loss to Finland. They are front of the race with 3 points but would need at least a draw to confirm promotion.
Looking at the stats from the host in recent games alongside away stats of Finland. Its quite appealing to back the home side as this game seems to be in their favour. They put up a commanding performance last time out as they defeated Estonia by a single goal..

Switzerland – Belgium
Its been a roller coaster ride for the Belgians since their return from the world cup in Russia. Many have kept watchful eyes to see how the Red devils would fare and so far, they have been fantastic. However they are yet to take any silverware. Team manager Roberto Martinez would be looking forward to winning the nations league. They do look like an unstoppable side with 6 matches unbeaten so far.
The Swiss have had a poor run of form since exiting the world cup. They now have four defeats in their last six outing. One of those defeats came against Qatar. Considering Belgium’s terrific form, this should be a one-way affair as this Swiss side might just receiving and defeat.
The Red Devils beat Iceland 2-0 to continue their perfect start in this group, but will they be finishing up with a 100% record?
PICK
Away win
Northern Ireland vs Austria
Due to seeding arrangements, the visitors would be glad as they would be qualifying as one of the top two finishers. Things seem to be in good spirits for them but that’s not the case for the hosts.
However they still seem like the favourites for Sundays clash.
During the world cup qualifiers, the host won their first four at home, only losing to Germany and Switzerland. The visitors have alot of work to do if they are to salvage a point from this encounter. Northern Ireland been impressive at home while their visitors are the direct opposite of such great form on their away travels.
PICK
Home win or draw and under 3.5 goals
England – Croatia
Spain find themselves sitting in first position on the group with six points. However losses in their the two games have opened the group up. England and Croatia both find themselves in 2nd and 3rd with four points each. This means a win for either of these teams could see them top the group while the losser of this fixture also gets relegated.
Meanwhile a draw would send the Spaniards through to the semifinals of the Nations league. A goalless draw would send Croatia to relegation while a score draw would see Croatia gobpast England on head to head to gain promotion.
