PSG continue their domestic league domination last week with a 2-0 winner at Marseille. They’ve now won all their 11 games in the league and looking beyond the best team in France. It’s not likely they’ll drop points tonight considering their stats when playing in front of the home crowd. In Paris PSG have a 100% record and have scored 24 goals and conceded just 2. In their last 2 games alone at home they have scored 10 goals. And they on course in breaking every league record there is to have this season.
Lille are currently having their best start to Ligue 1 in donkey years. They are deservedly in 2nd place and have 25 points and are 8 points behind. If they will have any chance of becoming champions they have to win this game. The reality is that PSG could go 11 points in front on Friday night which would feel like the title would be sealed. Lille have only dropped just 8 points this season and all have been away from, meaning they maintain 100% record at home.
PSG are the absolute favourite here and despite Lille good start to the season, they’ve been average at best away from home. Lille will certainly have chances in this game, but in the end they will be outclassed by a PSG side averaging more than 3 goals per game. PSG win and over 2.5 goals should land easily here.
