Bury even though it was a friendly game pulled out a great result last time as they held Liverpool to a goalless draw. The shakers had conceded massive ten goals in a back to back defeat against Raangers and Huddersfield which makes the Liverpool results more shocking one. Surely repeating such defensive performance would be a huge ask against Silva men. And Problems certainly appear at the other end as the Shakers are yet to score a goal in the pre-season, coming into their fourth friendly.
Everton come into this game with a pretty strong line-up. They started their preparations period with a demolishing 22-0 victory over the amateur side Irdning in Australia on Saturday. Interestingly, the head coach Marco Silva used practically his strongest squad in that clash. Cenk Tosun notched four goals in the first half, while Kevin Mirallas added five in the second. Omar Niasse was also inspired netting a hat-trick in the second 45 minutes of play.
The Portuguese manager is expected to send a similarly strong side to face Bury today, meaning the visitors should really ease their way to the win here.
