ANALYSIS AND MATCH PREVIEW
Leipzig are currently sitting at 3rd position in the Bundesliga but they have been in mixed form recently. They manage to celebrate an important victory away to Borussia Monchengladbach in the latest round. They have been pretty good in the final third, while their defensive work could have been a bit better. When it comes to playing at home, RB Leipzig are the second-best side in the league since they have allowed only one defeat in front of their fans. But, in the last four outings, they have booked only one win. Since the competition for the European cups is very high, they need to continue putting confident performances at home.
Away side is currently one place and one spot below the Europa League position. However, they are also only four points behind second-placed Leverkusen and they can also step into the battle for the Champions League spot. They have suffered only one defeat in the last five occasions and they have very similar offensive and defensive parameters as their rivals. Alfredh Finnbogason and the lads were doing pretty well when playing away from home, but in the last five outings they managed to book only four points. If they could be able to tie some victories, they could easily get into the race for the top four spots.
This is definitely going to be an interesting clash since both sides are going to try snatching a win from this match. And it’s hard to see nothing but both teams finding the net here.
