@ Onyeka enugu, this is week 31, add the week number 3+1=4, from the answer count three up to give you number 2. That is what he meant.
@Onyeka Enugu, for example this weeks number is 31, therefore the individual digits that make this number 31 up are 3 and 1 respectively, which when added together i.e 3+1 = 4 answer, then count 3 up from 4 to get 2 or subtract 4-2 = 2 answer. So, number 2 is the first draw, the last family member of number 2 is number 42 to form the pair which is 2 pair 42 for 2/2 or 1/2.
