The observation started with opponent of Man City to meet Bournemouth the following week to die. Then count the total letters of Bournemouth and it’s opponent. The answer must give you the position of Watford for a fixed draw.
Then look for Fulham to give you a draw. Add the position of Fulham and Watford together. The answer will give you a team @home that would have failed @27 away in previous week and whose opponent too will come and die @25 away in current.
BREAKING IT DOWN……

Add all letters together = 17XXX (Watford @away)
Fulham @7 home XXX
(17 + 7) = 24 (Mansfield @home).
NOW GO BACK TO PREVIOUS WEEK AND CHECK WHERE MANSFIELD WAS POSITIONED.

Mansfield @27 away FFF. It’s opponent was Exeter. You will find Exeter @25 away the following week.
Week 8,
Exeter @25 away FFF
So in week 8, 7XXX & 17XXX are your 2 draws.

I have gone through your comment.
Well you see, premiership has a way of fixing their draws. And I am very familiar with it. There are times I could be wrong.
In week 7, I told my family off this platform that 1xx&2xx are the only draws i see in premiership.. That week my selection played 3/5. Then Chelsea drew as the surprised draw there for me. So I used that 3xxx to give 5xx in week 8.
One of the proofs was simple. Opponent of Westham in advance to meet Crystal P for a draw in current week. My nap was 1f 5xx 16ff. Even when I saw 1ff as a potential dead game last week, I was hoping it draws so that I can repeat 1 this week. So as it failed, 1 is a dead game this week. I had known that there would be only 2 draws last week in premiership. But I didn’t see 7xx coming just as I didn’t see 3xx coming in week 7.
So when I say that 2xxx will pick the draw over 7ff, believe me. But if you say it’s 7, go ahead and use it.
For 9?? I also have a proof for it as a draw. But something else is making me scared of it. So I will not call it a dead game.. But note that 2Xx is the surest draw in PREMIERSHIP. As for 4, I still have nothing to say about it.

Hope you now understand? In a week of 17 draws the remaining 32 are all dead games. Which is easier to find out of 49 games 17 or 32? Sometimes there are even fewer than 10 draws and more than 39 are dead. So it is a person who knows nothing about forecasting that says he is forecasting dead games.And as Admin has already pointed out if you talk of dead games then all must fail before you claim your forecast was useful.That is why he says only 6 in dead room. So,if you forecast 2 then it must be 0/2.If you choose to do 30 it must be 0/30.Because even 1/30 means you may have killed somebody’s crucial winning banker.
