Week 18 (23 + 12 = 35) the last letter of home team at number 35 is U and the last letter of the away team on number 34 is same U to draw number 35xx and 34xx
While in
Week 38 (8 + 24 =32) the last letter of home team at number 32 is D and the last letter of the away team at number 33 is same D to draw number 32xx and 33xx

My honest observation though.
