Here is my observation. Check if it makes sense to you. I am still studying the movements.
In any week of play, find out if Hertha Berlin is on coupon at away position. If it is, check if Stuttgart is at home with an opponent whose first letter begins with B and are on the number of the week of play. This is very important.
If they are, then watch out this play out –
In week 28, 2021, the opponent of Stuttgart is B,Mgladbach on 28, the week of play and Hertha B is away on 26.
Then chain draw was fixed from Herth Berlin down providing – 26.27.28.
Now in this current week 46, Herth Berlin is on coupon at away on 45. Stuttgart is home with Biefeld on 46,the week of play.
