How is pool fixed?. Who fixes the draws? When are the draws fixed?. Where do they meet to fix them? What criteria do they use to fix a match to draw? Do they play the match? Was Liverpool fixed to win the league and Norwich fixed to be relegated? Pool is essentially a game of luck and chance. Period I have had a winning streak of six consecutive weeks in year 2002 when I was in school. Guess what I only forecast using team strength. I still do and it’s been rewarding sometimes.
