The Scottish champions failed in their quest of securing the place in the Champions League group stage and now they have a very good chance of continuing their continental campaign in the Europa League.
They’ve been pretty efficient in the previous rounds of the qualifiers and from the first leg match Moussa Dembele and the lads are having an active 1-1 draw. They just need another confident display in front of the home crowd in order to book their place in the group stage.
Suduva managed to pull a surprise in the opening round of the Champions League qualifiers after eliminating APOEL, however, they were stopped in the following round by Red Star. After a downgrade to the Europa League, Lithuanian champions were better than their neighbours Spartaks after two tight clashes and Vladimir Cheburin’s side also managed to remain undefeated at home ground in the first leg clash.
