Zenit had an ultimately tough challenge to catch up Dimano Minsk’s 4-0 advantage from the first leg in the last round. However, Artem Dzyba and the lads managed to get into the extra time and book a massive 8-1 victory. On the wings of that superb comeback, they want to secure their place in the group stage of the competition. Zenit have also been pretty confident in their latest domestic match where they’ve celebrated a 4-1 home win over Ural.
Molde haven’t started their Europa League campaign very well after being defeated in the first leg of the opening round against Glenavon. However, they managed to consolidate and miss the chance to win just once in the following five clashes in the competition. They missed the chance to get closer to the top spot and get involved in the title race after suffering a 3-1 defeat against Stabaek in the latest round of Eliteserien.
Zenit in all ramifications are strong favourites in this one and they should be able to secure a significant home advantage. I believe they should score at least two goals which should be quite enough to give them the win here.
