Besiktas have had a notable Champions League campaign which kind of affected their domestic showings. The Black Eagles sit only fourth on the log with a six-point deficit to leaders Istanbul Basaksehir after 18 rounds of the competition and defending the silverware will require lots on consistency and avoidance of slip ups.
The Black Eagles should be highly motivated to clinch the spoils later this evening against Kasimpasa who are always found wanting against the top sides. Talisca remains their most dangerous weapon upfront following the departure of top scorer Cenk Tosun to everton.
Kasimpasa come into this clash on the back of a scintillating victory in a five-goal thriller against bottom-half rivals Alanyaspor last Friday.They will now face a much more challenging task traveling to Istanbul to come face to face with the defending champion Besiktas.
Kasimpasa however showed how vulnerable they can be at the back on Friday conceding two at home to the relegation strugglers. They’ve lost five of last seven league outings on the road and its hard see them keep things tight at the back against the likes of Besiktas here.
Considering all stats including the head to head, Besiktas to win & BTTS seems to be a decent call at 2.20. But i will be going for the safer option of Besiktas to win and over 2.5 goals.
