Italy face the Uruguayans in an international friendly match which will take place at Nice in France.
Italy arrive at this game having won their last three matches which includes a 1-2 win at Netherland and their last game against San Marino ended 8-0 in favour of the Italians. Their recent results show how the Italians have developed more attacking style of football, so we should be expecting another open game in France tonight.
Italy last defeat came against France in an international friendly shortly after Euro 2016. Since then they’ve remained unbeaten and are scoring regularly. This should continue when they face an out of form Uruguay tonight.
Uruguay are in a bad shape coming to this game. A 3-1 defeat against Northern Ireland makes it their Fourth defeat in a row. This defeat came after a less than impressive performance against Chile, Brazil and Peru.
While they’ve been managing to find the back of the net, their major problem lies at the back where they’ve conceded 10 goals in their last four matches.
Italy have called up virtually all their star players with the likes of Bonuci, Gianlugi Buffon, Chiellini, De Rossi, Ciro Immobile, Candreva, Marchisio, Isigne all available.
While the Uruguayan won’t be able to count on the service of Luis Suarez, Abel Hernandez, Diego Godin, Alvaro Pereira and Giorgian De Arrascaeta.
With this game tending to be an open game and more likely an Italian win, Italy/draw and over 1.5 goals is a safe Bet.
