England Premier League

Swansea vs Tottenham Hotspur

Pick: Tottenham to win and over 1.5 goals

Odd: 1.55

ANALYSIS AND MATCH PREVIEW

Tottenham Hotspur have regained their confidence and consistency over the past month and they travel to Wales for their Matchday 22 clash at struggling Swansea after earning five wins and suffering just one loss in their last six outings. They’ve outclassed Burnley and Southampton in their last two matches and building on such a streak at Liberty Stadium will be essential for their top 4 ambitions.

Spurs have had more troubles bagging points on the road through November and December but the convincing display and a 0-3 thrashing at Burnley will surely do wonders for their morale, as Harry Kane impressed in the final third on the day.

The home side have been regularly conceding numbers of goals and Tottenham’s improved attacking tally of recent will surely be very worrying for Leon Britton and his men.

Swansea come into their Saturday’s clash against Watford as Premier League rock-bottomed side and on the back of a four-match winless streak where they conceded a high total of 13 goals, beaten by Man City, Everton, and Liverpool and only holding Crystal Palace to a 1-1 draw at this ground in the process.

Tottenham will obviously be more of a challenge and bouncing back in front of the home crowd will be a huge task, as Swans haven’t beaten their rivals since 1982. The visitors have earned ten wins and two draws in 12 head to head matchups since 2012 and we do feel they’re now set to build on the convincing tally.

All in all, Spurs should score at least twice which should be enough to bag all points here.
