Sweden Promotion/Relegation Playoffs

Akropolis vs Frej

Pick: Akropolis win or draw and over 1.5 goals

Odd: 1.67

Akropolis hosts Frej in a first battle to determine who will get promoted or relegated in the Swedish lower league. The third tier Akropolis has a great chance to promote this season as Frej has really been bad all season long. Frej has traveled poorly and only took 3 wins in the season with 11 defeats. At the end of the stint they barely managed to be a threat in front of goal as the last 5 away matches were lost.

Akropolis was the best home team in Division 1 Norra with 11 wins,1 draw and 1 defeat throughout the season. The attack was especially clinical scoring 41 goals at home in 13 matches which was by far best in the league. It all goes down to smart purchases of players like Sosseh, Lindqvist and Vasic. Sosseh, Vasic and Stavroth scored a whoping 42 goals all together and that is something the Frej defense will hardly have an answer to this evening. The coach Panagopoulos also made a big impact on the team and most find him responsible for this situation. He has experience in Panionios and Larissa and improved the game greatly.

Both teams lost their last matches but rested the best players for this clash. Akropolis is definitely on the rise and Frej looks like a team they can beat.

Both teams will be pushing forward here which will surely make for an open game with goals, but i expect Akropolis good home form to continue here. Home team win or draw and more than 1 goal to be scored should be the best approach to this game.
